Return and Exchange Policy – MA Abayas At MA Abayas, we are committed to customer satisfaction and providing a refined shopping experience that matches your trust. Below is our approved return and exchange policy: First: Return or Exchange Policy Conditions for submitting a request: • The customer has the right to request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receipt. • The abaya must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, with the tag (ticket) if available. • Clear photos or videos showing the product’s condition must be attached when submitting the request. • The customer bears the shipping cost of 25 Riyals in case of exchange or return. Second: Delivering the product to the shipping company • The product must be delivered to the shipping company within 5 days from the date of issuing the return slip. • If the shipment is not delivered within the specified period, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer has no right to claim later. Third: Exceptions Return or exchange requests cannot be accepted in the following cases: • Custom-made or modified abayas based on the customer’s preference. • Abayas that have been used, washed, or have odors. • If the product does not meet the return conditions mentioned above. Fourth: In case of an error or defect If there is an error on our part (such as receiving a different abaya or a clear defect in the product): • Contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt. • Provide us with: • Clear photos or videos showing the issue. • A copy of the invoice. • A photo of the shipping slip. • The request will be forwarded to management, and upon confirming the error, we will bear all shipping costs, and the replacement or compensation will be made accordingly. Fifth: Timeframes • Receiving the returned shipment: 3 to 8 working days. • Refund processing: 7 to 14 working days, depending on the payment method used (Mada – credit cards – Tabea – Tamara). • If there is an error in the customer’s banking details, the period will start after the data is corrected.
